Our love affair with Golden Retrievers began in 1992. We bought our first Golden, Toasty’s Pep Rally at Sunset aka Squeek from Pamela and Jerome Oxenberg, founders of the Toasty Golden kennel. Pam and Jerry are tremendously successful in the world of conformation dog shows having bred two Best of Breed winners at Westminster Dog Show, two National Specialty winners, countless Best in Show winners and Outstanding Sires and Dams.

We are happy to call Pam and Jerry our friends and mentors.  We are proud to carry on the Toasty tradition

We are members of the Golden Retriever Club of America, Mid Florida Golden Retriever Club and the New River Valley Kennel Club.  We are also members of Therapy Dog International.

Our puppies are bred to the Golden Retriever breed standard with temperament and health being of utmost importance.  We health screen our adults (hips, elbows, heart and eyes per GRCA code of ethics) as well as a variety of other inherited diseases.

Our dogs compete in a variety of dog sports: conformation, rally, barn hunt and two  of our girls provide weekly therapy visits to a local university under the auspices of Therapy Dog International. Most importantly, our dogs are valued family members and we enjoy spending time with them.
